A veteran Fulton County deputy has been accused of criminally touching a woman. Rudolph Stafford, 54, was charged with a misdemeanor count of sexual battery, in an incident that allegedly occurred in neighboring DeKalb County, officer Jason Gagnon of the DeKalb County Police Department told the AJC Friday.
